When Two Hearts Fall In Love
Maybe, it's just a memory,
Playing tricks inside my head,
Maybe it's just the sleepless night,
Tossing, turning, in my bed,
Maybe, the moonlit mountain,
Silhouettes on starlit sky,
Maybe the sound of waterfalls,
A tinkling lullaby,
Maybe, the song of summer,
The night owls mournful tune,
Maybe it's just the promise,
Of a silver crested moon,
Maybe, the scent of roses,
On a balmy summer night,
Maybe, a flock of seagulls,
Or a sparrow taking flight,
Maybe, the chorus of the dawn,
The stillness in the air,
Maybe a game of hide and seek,
A game of truth or dare,
Maybe, it's just a letter,
Gone missing in the mail,
Maybe, a thought of letting go,
A fear, that love will fail,
Maybe, the sound of laughter,
A lovers' warm embrace,
Maybe it's just a memory,
An old familiar face,
Maybe, the answer's in the stars,
That shine; so high above,
Maybe, it's just the price we pay,
When two hearts; fall in love.
