Heart Of The Matter
The Four Seasons Hotel
Dusk, Loch Earn, Photographed by Linda Harnett © 2007
A table for two,
And a room with a view,
Nice dinner, as well,
Four Seasons Hotel,
We passed on the wine,
The coffee divine,
And we made for the shore,
Oh, this loch, I adore,
In silence, we sat,
We said, all of that,
Just gazed at the sky,
Watched time passing by,
How enchanted, you seem,
We walked into a dream,
Where time was suspended,
The view recommended,
The cool evening air,
Sent a breeze through our hair,
Seemed to whistle a tune,
To the hidden blue moon,
The sun's dusky hue,
Dappled sky pink and blue,
And we've nothing to say,
At the end of our day.
