{ a little birdy sings somewhere }©
I know why the caged bird sings,
cause it's protected by evil things.
Chirping away in it's cage so free,
what a wonderfully tweet place to be.
If you open the door it won't fly away,
cause there's too much bad in the world today.
Sitting on the perch just as safe as you please,
a kind of haven i wish we all could seize!
