The Colour Of Love
I just watched the sunset,
Did you see it too?
It lit up the sky,
With a bloody red hue,
It blazed through my windows,
It turned my skin pink,
The colour of love,
Now; that made me think …
Of a time a while back,
When passion prevailed,
And I revelled in love,
And all it entailed,
In a bright burning glory,
I watched the sun die,
And the colour of love,
Disappeared from my sky
