There was never any
question in my mind.
My accepting Christ meant
I'd leave my past behind.
There was never any
doubt or fear.
I could see His plan
for me so clear.
To be dead to sin
and alive to God.
What I was in my old self
was crucified with Christ,
Covered by His Precious Blood,
changed by His sacrifice.
The sin in me died
on The Cross.
I'm still rejoicing
in the loss.
I'm dead to sin
and alive to God.
I'm learning to live
in His Word each day.
Grace supplies the power
I need to obey.
Love is my
great motivator.
I'm so in love
with my Creator.
I'm dead to sin
and alive to God.
