Poetic-Verses from ATHANASE
Torments (English)
Torment
I envy Eyndius's poems in his Hydropyricon;
how can he make flowing water and burning fire meet in one embrace?
Spirits, I need your help: make my song so sweet,
my verses of such beauty that they'll outlast the soul of Endymion!
