VOICES IN THE NIGHT

Patricia Marlene Evans Holt was born on July 5th in Holden, WV. After high school, she moved to Los Angeles, CA where she had a successful music career and watched as her songwriting skills developed. She went on to become a member of the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, the Lonestar Country Music Association and the California Country Music Association.

Her career in music put her in touch with the heartland of America, performing in places such as Billy Bob's and Gilley's in TX, The Museum Club in Flagstaff, AZ, The Palamino and Crazy Horse Saloon in the Los Angeles, CA area just to name a few. She has appeared on "The Country Music Review", a television cable program out of Nashville, TN. She was a radio personality with KRBL 105.7 "REAL COUNTRY" in Lubbock, TX. As a performer, she donated much of her time to charitable work, performing for organizations such as Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, The Wildlife Waystation, and the Musician's Relief Fund.

She is a BMI songwriter and a member of the International Society of Poets and the Poets Society of America. Many of her poems have been published in anthologies offered through poetry.com and through Noble House Publishing in the UK.
