Sobawi Poems
Sobawi, is a poet based in Nigeria,Composed poems that are written in English, Arabic and Hausa which is his Native Language.His famous poem is Kasidar Kin Yarda da Zalumci, which he composed in Hausa. It means a Poem of Resistance to Injustice.It depicts the reality of what is happening in his Country Nigeria where the leaders are engulfed in Corruption and Greediness.
And Allah [SWT] Said:
"And the poets, It is those straying in Evil, who Follow them; Seest thou not that they Wander Distracted in every Valley? And that they Practise not? Except those who believe, work righteousness, engage much in the remembrance of Allah, and defend themselves only after they are unjustly attacked.And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take".[Qur'an 26:224-227]
However,the Best
words are only the Divine Words that flow
from the Book of Allah ...
