My partner in life sent down from above
On this day June 15th in 2010 you turn fifty nine
The memories we've shared are fresh in my mind
The years have had many ups and downs
Having you to share life with is easier no doubt
Looking back over the years seems like a lifetime ago
And through-out the years my love for you still grows
You've been there when others have turned their back on me
Through the many losses of loved ones by my side you would be
Loving and compassionately wiping the tears away
I want to thank God as we celebrate your life today
Many years ago down through the corridors of time
It was God that chose my partner in this life
All good gifts come from the Father above
