Poetic-Verses
My Kingdom~~Your Illusion
We can reach only so far~~
between what is seen as real,
and perceived with our senses..
We can push it even farther--if one so
chooses to believe..
In the notion that beyond our superstition,
there lays science--
And that before there was medicine, there was magic~~
The fear we have--is seen through the eyes of ignorance..
There has always been a presence--
That walks along side of mankind..
Since, Day One..
And has been linked with the letting of blood..
With every change in latitudes..
The wind carries with it, a new age of the dawning first rays of the sun..
First, a failure to understand, why it all went wrong..
The greed and lust chasing after a transitory sensation..
Secondly, comes an understanding and enlightenment
and appreciation of Love..
Thirdly, having opened our hearts, mind's-eye and stomach..
To an elevated consciousness, that all can achieve..
If taken away from what possesses us..
Sadly, a loneliness~~that even God cannot bare the weight..
Once your eyes have been opened to an alternate reality,
one wishes that he should have kept them shut in the first place..
