something the same, yet Strange~
~~I started a war today..
I didn't vote, or sign a petition,
it wasn't an admission of guilt
or fixin' to please some gun barrel grease
on the kitchen..
but, anyway..back to the fiction..
Hammered out and beaten to submission..
the approval rating and the blind pulled tight
was mirrored, to keep the draft from splitting
and so, another day of wanting more and having less..
came to fruition, but, as one door shuts everso hard
the keyhole is only so large..
to pear thru and see such things as strange and bizarre..
that only time and space are looped
around Mars, but sweet Venus has us in her arms..
never to forget that once upon a time regret..
that Sunshine pours thru the rain..
and never in my Life will it ever be the same..
