Poetic-Verses

~~Purely Fiction"

~~I can take you,
from crayons to perfume,
~~in 60 minutes,
and you needn't call me Sir..
~~those that can't do, Teach..
and you've got a lot to Learn, my Dear..
~~how to beg, borrow, and Steal..
you'll learn all the ropes,
~~and have all the right gear,
how to bark and roll over,
fetch a stick, chase a car,
and bring Daddy his cold beer..
~~Sure, it hurts the first time..
Who said Life makes sense,
never had to borrow a dime..
You'll learn to like me, over time..
A little sick in the head,
from having read,
too many nursery rhymes..
But, hey..what can I tell ya..
Happiness is subjective to the moment
in time..given the time, and the moment..
You're my subject, you're my rhyme..
If you think you're alive, you're sorely mistaken..
Because, the life you're living, is purely Fiction..
