SEE NO EVIL

Must be very careful when you turn on your TV,
Lest some offensive vision your eyes perchance do see;
Always be on guard when you open a magazine,
That offended you might be as you look upon a scene
An innocent child might view as he flips from page to page,
Photos that’ll throw his parents into a rage.

Whatever happened to the morals of yesteryear?
To the principles our ancestors always held so dear?
If someone had but hinted to those gentle folk back then,
That perverted ethics would assail their distant kin;
You can rest assured that with all the best intention,
They’d have thoroughly aborted many a modern invention.
