those of you victimized by drug lords and psychology here is an exercise
that you will understand and no matter how many times
they lie to themselves
of how attractive
or smart or great or power-full and rich they have become
by crippling their own backyard
selling disease
no four compliments a day will erase

they have to look in the mirror
but you you are beautiful
making a difference in the world
seeing the nightmare
without rose colored glasses

then say another positive
and exercise that negativity in your mind
of psychological stupidity

break laws go behind bars
hurt yourself your family your friends
so if your poor

if your feeling down
it starts in steps

don't see us coming of the underground we are

and then flip over like a pancake
