My love for you is deep
my head goes into a zillion examples of how i love you
and i cant pick one
the best way i can express my love is this
if there is a heaven
(I'm not even sure what i believe)
and say i was invited to it and you weren't
I'd make a deal with the gods to be with you wherever you were
going through your hells
forever with you in purgatory if that was the case
living endless amounts of lives of mortal lives
for another chance
another kiss
another taste
but if the tables were turned
and you were invited to some heaven and i was not
i'd tell you to go and not look back
not to worry about me
and maybe when all was said and done
and the world was finally over
and god decided to give me my happy ending
where you had an everalsting one
hopefully you would be my saviour and not some martyr
hopefully you would be the one in the end of all my hells and trials
that would end my pain and suffering
and i would get to touch you again
to see you
to feel you
to know you in ways i never possibly thought i could
but i know it wouldnt matter
my love for you would be a weapon
I would go through hells and high waters for an eternity for you
and refuse heavens pearly gates to be with you
but i beg
dont make that promise for me
i need my happy ending
and youre the one in the end i want to love me
because you loving me has been so great
without you there would be no heaven
and whatever i had to go through to be with you would be worth it
