What I like is the way you weave descriptive scenes into the confessional
poetry of your verse. Bring it alive! Bring it back alive!
It is so important! Love? The first kiss?
What could ever be more important than that?
Your poem does not have a happy ending.
I am not partial to happy endings.
I prefer to recall the tenderness of that first kiss
and let it go at that. Steve
