Absent Minded

Nursery rhyme

sex sells
and sea shells
go ask mary
the talk of the town
oh me oh my
any one want some fancy apple pie
 i bend over
so u can kiss the sky
just tell me now you little devils
who is looking in my eyes?

You pluck the duck
and daddy was a lollipop tester
the joke unravels so
i sell my soul and head for the door
we all ask why but no one cares
no one knows
no one wants to know why
were not hushing the daisies and ringing round rosies
with our pockets full of posies anymore
i guess the poets truly ended the war?

so whats the score
the what for
what are we doing here
crawling on the floor begging for more
and where did everybody go?
nothing makes sense
except for the pick a pack of six pence
and the catcher in the rye
oh me oh my
i think im gonna live till i die
drop off the cliff
and turn into a pile of maggots
and give birth toa bunch of flies

Strip tease
cool breeze
greensleaves
at ease
soldiers please
nothing here but the goose chase
and it starts and nd where
to the game were playing
the decoy of plan A side b
and im B eside myslef drinking cold tea
wondering about hairie currie when the tide is washed out
and my hands are washed clean
